The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Great breakfast and good coffee. Pool was nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. Room was clean, but ours smelled a bit like stinky feet, probably from a previous pet. Overall it was a great hotel and we would stay there again. Make sure you hit up jrecks while you're there!!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Watertown while travelling through upstate New York around New Years. We were a family travelling It was a great stay. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Also, the snack bar had everything you might need. The room was a bit small but was realyl clean

I've had the privilege of staying at various Hilton hotels, and while I understand that each location may have its own standards for service and comfort, cleanliness is a non-negotiable aspect I've come to expect from the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Watertown was a stark departure from this expectation. The room I was provided was not up to par in terms of cleanliness. Not only was the room itself not properly cleaned, but even the towels, which are a basic amenity, were not clean. This was a first for me in all my stays at Hilton hotels, and it was deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback to heart and ensures that future guests do not have to face similar issues. Cleanliness is fundamental, and no guest should have to compromise on it, especially when choosing a reputable brand like Hilton.

The rooms were nice and clean! Friendly reception staff. They do have a continental breakfast, but we left before it was set up. Highly recommend!

We showed up later in the night and met Jim who worked at the front desk and he was such a nice man who made us feel very welcome right away ! Rooms are great nice and spacious and clean the bed is super comfy ! Definitely will be coming back

Wasn't happy that the bathroom floor had hair all over it. They did come and clean it up while we were out but it gave us a bad feeling about the cleanliness. Since COVID-19 we always bring lysol wipes and clean the hotel rooms to our standard. Might be picky but that's how we roll. The nicest thing I can say is the staff is friendly and the hotel is pretty quiet.
